West Plains Engineering has five regional offices in the upper Midwest, and if you look closely, you’ll notice these locations were not chosen at random. Each of our offices is placed in close proximity to major higher education institutions because we understand these campuses require as much attention and resources as a small city. We are proud to have supported most of the universities and colleges in the upper Midwest, including Casper College, South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, Black Hills State University, South Dakota State University, University of South Dakota, Dakota State University, Iowa State University, University of Northern Iowa and the University of Wyoming on a variety of projects, from parking lot lighting upgrades to major power plant construction and renovation.
