Gage Brothers

Offices Building | Sioux Falls, SD

This 14,000 square foot, two-story building is the headquarters for Gage Brothers’ pre-cast fabrication company. It is located at the entrance to their equally impressive new $40 million manufacturing facility, both of which were designed by WPE.

The office building includes reception areas, conference rooms of varying sizes, commons areas, kitchenettes, and of course, offices. It is heated and cooled by a rooftop unit with VAV boxes with hot water reheat. All the windows are covered by decorative but functional stainless steel baseboard hot water heat. 

One of the focal points in the lobby of the building is a TV tower that is made up of 10 TVs that stretch the two-story atrium that is used for announcements and product/project marketing.
