Chamberlain Visitors Center & Rest Area

South Dakota DOT | Chamberlain, SD

We have completed many projects for the South Dakota DOT including work at six rest areas. The rest area at Chamberlain is the showcase for SDDOT. Its setting overlooking the Missouri River is ideal for taking in the natural beauty of the area. This facility is also the first facility for DOT designed with energy saving geothermal heat pumps for heating and cooling.
